Notre logo a été conçu par Thomassie Mangiok, designer graphique. En voici sa description :

« Notre logo représente trois grandes idées et deux cultures, en illustrant ce que les Inuit et les Innus ont en commun. Il s’agit d’une bernache du Canada qui tient, couve, protège son œuf. Nous ne pouvons créer des communautés saines qu’en offrant des environnements appropriés à ceux dont nous sommes responsables.

La bernache stylisée porte son regard vers la gauche, se remémorant le passé, symbole de connaissance et d’histoire ; elle regarde droit devant, comme si elle connaissait clairement la voie à suivre. Sa posture évoque à la fois l’envol et la protection, ses ailes n’étant pas complètement déployées, symbolisant la liberté et le confort. Sa structure graphique forte et ses couleurs représentent les propriétés géologiques du nord du Québec. »

Our logo was designed by Thomassie Mangiok, graphic designer. Here's his description of his creation:

"Our logo represents three ideas and two cultures, by illustrating what Inuit and Innus have in common: a Canada goose holding, caring for and protecting its egg. We can only create healthy communities by providing appropriate environments to those of whom we are in charge.

The illustrated Canada goose stares to our left, as if remembering the past, which represents knowledge and history; it also looks straight forward as if it clearly knows which path to take. The overall posture of the Canada goose creates a sense of flight and caring, which represents freedom and comfort, although its wings aren't sprung upward. Its thick graphical structure and colours represent geological properties of the northern part of Quebec."
